Data Acquisition Kit Documentation and Code
($Revision: 1.1 $)
This directory contains files provided by DIY Electronics, the manufacturer of
the parallel port data acquisition kit (DIY KIT 93), which we will
be using or some lab exercises in this course. I read this
information and used it to set up the devices, and then wrote some
low-level C code to perform the I/O operations you will need to
use for your lab exercises. If you wish you can just use that
code, and so you may not need to read any of this information
yourself. However, it is posted here for the benefit of those
individuals who are curious.
These kits are for sale at Marlin
P. Jones Associates.
