GNARL

GNARL stands for the "Gnu Ada95 Runtime Library". It is the multitasking runtime system for GNAT, the Gnu Ada95 Compiler.

We produced the tasking runtime library for GNAT, the Gnu Ada'95 compiler. This was originally a cooperative project between the FSU PART team and the GNAT compiler development team at New York University. When the maintenance of GNAT was taken over by Ada Core Technologies, Inc. (gnat.com), we cooperated with them to maintain the tasking runtime system for several years. When the PART Project funding finally ran out, we turned the GNARL maintenance completely over to them.
